Elemental Distortion (ED) is a company still in its beginning stages. Our main mission? Simply to help artists promote their work, as well as provide customers with high quality, unique artwork that is professionally displayed. Since all of ED's products are selected, matted, and framed by hand (no machinery) we're able to deliver items of top notch quality that are guaranteed to please you. What happens if you get a product that just doesn't meet your standards? Simply send it back within 7 days for a full refund!
Where do we get the art from?
ED buys our prints and original artwork directly from the artist, which is similar to the way stores buy their products from vendors at a wholesale price. We then matte and frame the piece in a matter that's tailored around the style and color of the work, giving it a much more "custom" feel.
Okay, so you have the products now, but how do people know where to find them?
Within the coming month, the online catalog will be up and functioning. Elemental Distortion will be advertised on a number of websites, magazines, festivals, fairs, and galleries. Sales will NOT be limited to the internet. Showcased pieces will be displayed in coffee houses, book stores, concert venues, galleries, festivals, restaurants, and other select places.
What kind of art is/will be available?
All artwork is hand-picked from submissions we recieve from artists world-wide. Some examples include (but are not limited to) portraits, photomanipulation, paintings, drawings, vector art, and mixed media. In the near future we have hopes of adding 3D sculptural art and custom jewelry items as well!
What is ED's primary targeted audience?
Art brings together so many crowds that ED was formed around the idea of being able to serve as many audiences as possible! We currently have products to cater to just about any crowd.
Large corporations, and even small companies often need various types of professionally displayed artwork to furnish their offices. ED has it. Collectors are often looking for signed and/or limited edition prints. ED has it Individuals are often looking for various pieces of artwork to display in their home or even as gifts. Some want only an unframed print, others are simply looking for pre-cut mattes and frames. ED has it all.
